Saint Kateri Tekakwitha, Virgin, was canonized on 10/21/2012 by Pope Benedict XVI. Kateri was born near the town of Auriesville, New York, in the year 1656, the daughter of a Mohawk warrior.     Blessed Kateri Tekakwitha, interceded for our lands, the water and the air, as well as for the prevailing winds. Ask the Great Spirit-God-to bless us with healing for all the elements of the earth...as we are in great need. May your miracles for Mother Earth get you canonized. Especially right now, ask for the red tide in Maine to go away.
