Obama orders closure of Vatican Embassy Comments

It's very hard to deny that the Obama administration isn't fighting a war on Catholics. In his latest move, Obama has ordered the closure of the U.S. embassy to the Vatican away from the Holy See to a more distant compound in Rome, allegedly for "security reasons." Continue Reading

This reaction to what seems like a perfectly reasonable move on the part of the US administration smacks of paranoia on our part. Yes, our Church and our beliefs are under attack in many ways and from many directions, but we should avoid seeing everything as a hostile act. Let's keep our sense of proportion.

In light of the Obama Administrations plans to “Downscale” the Vatican’s Embassy, in protest, I will be flying my flag of our Vatican City outside of my home, to show this Administration that the “Holy See” what he is doing.

Please join me by doing the same and praying for this nation, Blessed John Paul II, pray for us, Pray for solidarity among all Roman Catholics and all Christians and all faiths in the United States and around the entire world for peace. Jesus Christ our King, have mercy on us all.

This is all part and parcel of a Marxism, Obama's hate of the Catholic Church, and seeks to insult it by minimizing it.

This is the pattern of every Marxist Tin Horn Dictators, the persecution and humiliation of God's own institution here on earth, the Catholic Church.

Woe to them when they stand naked before God in their private judgement.

Where do you think they are now?

    Yes, HELL.

Catholic News and the former ambassador seem to see it differently.

Former U.S. Ambassador to the Holy See, Miguel Diaz.
"Plans for a move have been in the works since the
administration of President George W. Bush".

Obama and the Communist Democrat Party never cease its continued attack against the Catholic Church. What never ceases to amaze me is that the American Catholic Bishops and priests continue their silent "Oh Hum Drum" reaction to all that is going on. The major Marxist Media Outlets are silent on this latest Obama attack. If it wasn't for Catholic Online, no one would know anything about this. Why is it that the American Catholic Bishops and priests and the Marxist Democrat Party seem to always be on the same side??

Unfortunately, all of the Bible-thumping, tea-chugging, mindless minions — people who only believe what they hear from pundits employed by News Corp and from propaganda peddlers within the right wing blogosphere — will devour the (intentionally) misleading report regarding the "closure of the Vatican Embassy" and will resist any effort by other news agencies to present a more accurate account of the news story.

A problematic behavioral pattern can be seen here:
To indignantly declare that you only trust news that you view on FOX News is akin to proclaiming that you only trust science that you read about in the Bible.

Bottom line: The deliberate dissemination of nonsensical rumors and inflammatory innuendo -- disinformation that is all too often the sole basis for public proclamations and policy decisions made by Congressional Republicans -- is a trademark of the fine journalistic professionalism exhibited by the talking bobble-heads employed by The Rupert.

First off, the embassy isn't closing. It's being moved. Second, where was the outrage when Ireland really closed its Vatican embassy? http://www.rte.ie/news/2011/1103/308258-embassies/ .

Don't think for one second, Obama, that we don't know what your game is and what it has been since you took office.

You can dress up your reasons/excuses in fairy lights, tinsel and jingle bells all you doggone like for the starry-eyed media and politicians in the world who still think you are the best thing since sliced bread.

The reality is that you are anti-Catholic. No doubt about it.

We know it for a fact.

Our church is built upon a rock whilst you have feet of clay.

Very unfortunate. But many do not believe: too modern, educated, and worldly; not simple enough.
Still, I was once lost. My spiritual journey has taught me that it is when one is furthest from God (and His Church) that he/she comes to need Him (and His Church) most and thus, encounters Him (and His Church).
God will show the people and they will know that Yahweh is God.
    Pray.
