TREASON: Stop the lies, Obamacare is a move towards socialism Comments

It's time to stop with the lies already, but of course they won't stop. One of the greatest deceptions in American history is well under way and is a smashing success for the leftist socialists who currently control our government. We're talking, of course of Obamacare which is becoming a blatant bid to push Americans into a single-payer, socialized healthcare system. Continue Reading

Obama Doesn't lie nor mislead. I uses DISINFORMATION. The Soviets made a science out of it. It;s a method of telling the truth or I should say a portion of the truth and then wraps it in lies.

Obama lied for a political agenda, to create a socialist machine, that is dependent on creating MANY gov't dependent VOTERS. He DOES NOT CARE about our healthcare, as indicated by NO COMMENTS about CANCER patients now without healthcare. This is critical for their very lives, well-being, and for some, end of life care, being DENIED by a socialist MOUTH. He is only a MOUTH, he has no heart. He merely knows that, if he pulls on the hearstrings, people will join in to "feel good", as if they also, are doing good for others..........WHILE they are actually doing the OPPOSITE.

Nobody wants this healthcare, nobody is signing up. They don't even have price lists and PRODUCT descriptions in many cases! Many are opting out, and praying not to get sick in the interim. Obama needs YOUNG PEOPLE to sign up, to support the HUGE older population. It is not happening. Next step? Obama wants us us to BEG for SINGLE PAYER, so that rates go even just a LITTLE lower.

So, your new insurance is costing you 3X as much, with a $15,000 deductible, before you can even get ANY BENEFITS at all?? Most will never get ANY beneifts, after paying a montly premium, the way it is set up. And people with diabetes, MS, and many others REALLY NEED their old health insurance policies. Is it too late?

Hey... political geniuses!! STOP throwing around words you don't understand- it makes your ignorance too obvious. The fact that plans like Aetna, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, plain old Blue Shield, and others, as well as the pharmaceutical mega-industry are going to make an absolute FORTUNE off Obamacare is CLEAR, ABSOLUTE PROOF that it's got nothing to do with "SOCIALISM." It's simply NOT.
Obama is so totally in Wall Street's pocket that to call him or his disgraceful, worthless, fictional version of "healthcare reform" by the name "socialism" is not only inaccurate, it plays into their hands. They can now spend time defending against dupes and fools throwing around the word "Socialism" (which CLEARLY most people on this website couldn't actually describe or identify if their lives depended on it... which they eventually may,) instead of having to discuss the incredible, catastrophic flaws of the plan itself.
FOOLS!! Keep screaming about "socialism." You don't know what it is, or what it means, but keep saying it... and posting idiotic, childish propaganda pictures to stir up the uninformed. That pic of Obama as Soviet propaganda poster? GREAT... you're playing right into his hands.
Let Obama keep defending Obamacare against what it ISN'T... that way, he'll have you to thank when he can implement what it IS. And folks, it AIN'T Socialism, by any means. It's Fascism. and frankly, if you're uninformed enough not to know the difference, and stupid enough not to research the word yourself before using it, you deserve what you're getting... because you're the President's best ally. MAN... you people are easily duped.

What is it with Catholics and Americans that make you all so terrified of the word SOCIALISM!!! It's like garlic and vampires!!! Surely a move towards helping the poorest in society, especially in the wealthiest country in the world, would be welcomed by the religious???

If we feed the poor we are called saints, if we ask why they are poor we are called communists.

Socialism in the end, and I am not particularly of that political persuasion myself, was just a redressing of the skewed economic system whereby the aristocratic and super wealthy exploited the poor. In short, the very rich brought Communism on themselves by being totally selfish and greedy. Wasn't Jesus always against the very wealthy and very powerful, and wasn't it they who crucified Him, them and the religious hierarchies?

This editorial is partisan trash which ought to be way below the standards of a publication representing the Church.
To call a health plan conceived by the Heritage Foundation designed to expand access to health insurance while preserving access to the markets on the part of the private insurance industry "socialist" is also the breathtakingly ignorant.
Are there no editors at Catholic Online?

A Historical Note: The USSR was founded, in part, by establishing a state health care system mandated by the founder of Communism, Vladimir Ilyich Lenin.

A Socialist can use one of two principles; in comparison there is the one that takes over for
his self interest and the other one that gives to You more than He takes, sans his interest.

    Both used the word "I".

Jesus Christ our Redeemer, who is a socialist in principle, said that "I am the way and the truth and the life." He has blessed this Great Nation of ours for 237 years in great abundance...Life, Liberty, and pursuit of Happiness...whose gifts are endowed to us by God's Natural Laws.

The other socialist wannabe says that he is..."I" am the way to what.......? A Socialist of this type wants to dis-engage all of the Founding Fathers written Documents that had determined the fate of our Life, Liberty and pursuit of Happiness! That meaning that the governing state will be destroying our free wills, grabbing our fortunes to have them distributed to others ...obliterating established religions....thus causing the deteriorating of our moral fiber...submitting us to have an Atheist type of mindset....all for the sake of control of the widespread population, when we abide to their wills...being imposed by their defac-to laws.

A principled Socialist can fall into one of these personal mental attributes:

Altruism: Like Jesus Christ's principle or practice of unselfish concern for the welfare of others and yourself without expected repayment other then our love for His Father and His Heavenly Queen Mother; for our continuing journey to Eternity as has been promised to us!

Egotism: a person who is preoccupied with his own interests; a selfish person that ignores your present and end needs. Who promises you entitlements that lead the recipients to go no where ....killing productivity incentives....that same principle that caused the demise of economies...the historical fate of previous defunct socialist/communist countries.

    Remembering the USSR!

This presentation is submitted to offer awareness and is not presented to be judgmental, but only to making a comparison. Which person would you to like to follow? Remember, You now live in a Republic type of government...that allows Your free will to select our fate as of now.

Side note: If there's hint of modifying the US Constitution's 22nd amendment the POTUS would go for a third term or for multiple tenures.....would be a prophetic declaration of what must be in the works for our country for tomorrow..

God bless the USA Citizens, so We can remain FREE as envisioned by this Country's Founding Fathers in 1776!

I am greatly surprised by the article being on Catholic Online as most Latinos are Catholic and didn't they vote for Obama? Guess we all reap what we sow? I didn't sow Obama I've been against him from the very beginning. I hope he and his cronies will be be brought up on legal charges before Obamacare is too far down the road to go a different direction.

Cannot believe you call yourselves Catholic, and putting down our President and his policies! He is only helping the poor and under insured! Our Pope Francis is telling us not to be so opinionated and judgmental! Maybe we need to begin to listen to the highest member of the Clergy and quit with the name calling and pointing of fingers! Most of the time people who make the negative comments are the most mis-informed!

Thank you for allowing us to have a word!

The word "socialism" has been thrown around so much now that it's lost its meaning. If you think Obamacare, flawed as it is, bears ANY resemblance to ANY socialist concept, you don't actually have the slightest idea what socialism really means. C.O. should know better. What a worthless article.

Seems to me that we wouldn't be here if we had an ounce of common sense. The insurance companies should have been reigned in long ago. When you have CEOs of these companies making over $100 million a year, something is terribly wrong.

Maybe Obamacare isn't the answer, but notice how there no alternate. The status quo is no option. It works so long as you really don't get sick and find out you are under insured.

Our current healthcare system is great to make a buck, but terrible in ensuring that everyone has access.
