Catholic Archdiocese of Cincinnati Loses. Artificially Inseminated Lesbian Teacher Christa Dias Awarded $170,000 Comments

The Catholic Church was just fined by a civil jury for insisting that an employee at a Catholic School abide by the moral teaching of the Catholic Church. In the wake of the growing hostility toward the Church and the increasing violations against the Free Exercise of Religion in the United States, this verdict is a metaphorical warning shot across the bow.  Continue Reading

It would behoove church adminstrators to be more selective in their hiring.

Nice piece of cash to the lady! Enjoy! You are robbing the poor who donate to the Church thinking that they are helping the Church to help the poor and needy. Instead they are helping people like you bent on suing the Church and especially the laity that are thinking they are donating hard earned money for good causes. The law suit is destroying justice in this country! It is all about money. Gimme my rights! Right! Go Lawyers! Societies "Game Show Hosts"!

A teacher of no Faith cannot be expected to teach Faith therefore only persons of Faith should
be employed in christian schools...The decision was unjust.

So I assume that in your view all schoolteachers in the archdiocese who use contraception should be fired, right?

Of course, that would mean losing 90+% of all employees, so you'd rather just shout "lesbian!" with a wink and a nudge.

A clear evidence of twisting the case to make it favorable not for the sake of Righteousness but for the sake of Leftist Agendas to alternate life styles, all of it come in deceit, through leavening the law, which law the Bible pronounces as a curse.

Welcome to anti-Catholic Church Obama America. I hope an appeal is coming soon. I get the impression that the attorney for the Church was lame. The teacher signed a contract and she violated it. It should have been a slam dunk for the Church.
