I think when you consider that even if these actions, as you imply, only represent 1%, 5%, or even just 10% of Muslims, you are still talking about literally tens of millions of people.    Absolutely correct!
   
   Islam has shown a blatant disregard for human life.
   Human life that is sacred even if one's religion is offended.
   Islam is about the greed for power. This is very scary news. We must elect Mitt Romney.
   And all countries must stand up against this disgusting evil which is spreading like wildfire.
   
   Let us all pray for the safety of all foreigners and minorities in the Middle East.
   
   And of course, pray for His Holiness who is traveling to Lebanon!

   Let's mention that Muslims can justify lying if it favours islam. We, Catholics, know that lying is wrong. Nothing can justify it. That being said you understand why the radical muslim that now leads Egypt told the Western World what the Western World wants to hear. On the other hand, he supports the hatred mob in his country. Not to mention the permanent persecution of our Christian Brothers and Sisters in Egypt who have lived in THEIR land from thousands of years.
   
   Sir Obama's priorities are abortion and homosexual marriage... what a program.

   To answer the question posed in your headline, yes; America is stupid. WW III began just over 11 years ago. A mere two years after the 9/11 attack country singer Darryl Worley asked the question "Have You Forgotten?" Yes, we have forgotten. And we have believed the lies not only of our enemies, but of their useful idiots here in the States in the media and in the government. WAKE UP, AMERICA! RETURN TO GOD!

   Patrick, you are so right. I also had hoped that the Catholic Church would maintain a level of wisdom in this dark time, and resist the forces that are pushing America into war. The true risk to America is not Islam.    Kasoy: These radicals will never go away whether you cut funding for them or not. They have one goal in mind and that is domination. They hate anyone who is not a Muslim. This war will go on until Jesus comes back. They will have our submission to Islam or they will kill us. Plain and simple. They have been a thorn in America's side since Thomas Jefferson, maybe even before. That's why Thomas Jefferson had and read the Qur'an. He was not a Muslim as some people might think, he was a Christian. He just wanted to learn why Muslims were like they are. I wish you were right but it ain't gonna happen.
