The US Government should put defense monies into building natural gas stations all across America and it would create jobs, allow us to one and for all say goodbye to everyone in the middle east and finally close the door on these crazy, anti-Christian and anti-American ingrates once and for all.
These "wars" never do any good. They all turn out to be a huge waste of money and the people never change. Whatever money the US would spend trying to get justice from these madmen would be better spent raising the natural gas industry in this country. It would improve the economy too.
If anyone is interested, I would like to recommend a CD/DVD by William Federer called "What Catholics Should Know About Islam." He is a Catholic historian on Islam. He was at my parish last year and gave a seminar on the subject.. It was very enlightening. Mr. Federer can give you the history of Islam from its inception by Mohammed to the present day. I have a read, here, a lot of misunderstandings about Islam and it would be helpful if everybody really knew what we are up against. I don't know where you can get this CD. I bought it after the seminar. You probably can get it at a Catholic Store or maybe you can get in touch with St. Joseph Radio. I highly recommend this CD. One thing that I learned is that the politics and religion of Islam is one and the same. Very, very different to what we have. We have pollitics AND religion. And just like our Constitution, Islam can be interpreted for good or evil. Sharia Law is their law, AND their religion all in one. "Sharia Law is their religion, Mohammed is their prophet and to die for Allah is their greatest goal." Something like that. Please, I urge you all again to learn about this faith/law so you will know how to prepare. God bless.
When are the people who hold the purse strings going to learn the lesson that every grammar school student knows? You cannot buy friends!! You do not give your enemy the stick that they're going to beat you with!! Maybe our "esteemed " leaders should start treating those who hate us in the same manner that they treat our own disenfranchised citizens ----ignore them and let them go hungry and live under freeway bridges. Funny, they hate Americans but love our money and weapons. When they come into the 21st century and stop fighting the Crusades, then we can talk. Until then, we need to take care of our own and it should starkt now. Ramp up our factories, put our own people back to work. Declare a national state of emergency, but do it now. I do not want any daughter that I have wearing a burqa. Do we hve any leaders with any huervos? One cannot reason with someone who is blinded by hate. Starve the beast! Charity begins at home. We should also be thinking about repopulating our country with many Christian Children! Sounds crass, but if we don't, thirty years from now, we'll be the ones being physically forced to practice Islam because, unlike us, they're not killing their unborn.

We are preaching to our selves people... We have to get off our rumps and tell these comments to the rest of the country. Speak up for Christ and what is right. Don't let the godless people, or islam dictate what goes on in this country. We are in great danger, and it is because the country as a whole have turned there backs on God. We can't let abortion, gay marriage, porn, etc. be the rule. We have to stand for Christ and put a stop to it. If we stay idle and "let" these things continue, this country will not get the only true help it needs, which is from God. He is the only one that can keep this from leading to bloodshed. The only ones that will be safe are the people who trust in him! We need to prey for this country and for the world.

Be careful... the war here isn't with Islam itself, but with religious extremists, and worse, with those who misuse and twist their faith for the sake of an agenda or personal gain... something our OWN faith has been guilty of in the past. LEt's be careful about sweeping generalizations and blanket condemnations. When I was in Iraq, we had a number of American Muslims in my unit, and a great many more Muslim members of the Greater Iraqi Army fought and trained right alongside us, and wore their uniforms with dignity and honor, and at an even greater risk than we took.
Let's also not ignore the fact that it was western meddling in these places that gave rise to the Islamic extremism we're facing now; our own policies and political machinations have been the root cause of the majority of the issues there.
So... before we judge a whole culture, before we start loading weapons and declaring our OWN jihad based on logic just as faulty and suspicious as that which is leveled at us by our enemies, let us first REPENT, pray to OUR God for forgiveness for the things WE# may have done to cause all this, and seek the direcction of the almighty to restore peace and act with love rather than rattling sabres and locking and loading, with cries of "God Wills It" as if this were some new "crusade."
If we're unwilling to admit that half or more of the conflict stems from our own actions, policies and history with these people, we are doomed to go to war with them... and anyone who sees that as something desireable needs to make a serious examination of their own faith before attacking theirs. Wehn WWIII DOES begin, the real Christians will be weilding the weapons of prayer, mercy and compassion... so why not start NOW?
But then the Bible says in Prophecy "Who can make war against the beast" that which is destined for the lake of fire in the fierceness of the wrath of God, without any doubt, the simple question to ponder about is whether it is "Islam with all its Jihads" or America with all its Pagan intakes- to immorality ?
The problem with the Westerners is two things: Atheism and Arrogance. And both lead to Hell.
Firstly, In Europe and in America, if you remove God, if you remove Christianity, Evil will take over and here evil is Islam.
Secondly, the Arrogance of the West, especially here in America is really beyond any description or imagination.
Arrogance thinking that America is not vulnerable, that "it ain't gonna happen here," "don't worry about it," "this is America, not Europe," "our military will crush them and we'll bomb the hell out of them."
We think we're bigger, more powerful and smarter than the rest of the world especially the Muslim world.
I have news for you America. You are a country run by IDIOTS who hold Ivy League Degrees!!
