Catholic Teen Defends Her Right to Attend Mass: Margeaux Graham Chooses Faith Over Honors Comments

While the nation discusses and debates the attacks on religious freedom, a high school junior in Florida has put her academic reputation on the line to stand up for her faith.     This young Lady should be running for president.I applaud her stand and am appalled at the hypocrisy of the program !

    Good for you Margeaux. We sometimes have to make sacrifices for our faith. You have made the right choice. I pray that you will continue to remain faithful to our faith and to going to Sunday Mass throughout your life.

    Whenever I am going to be away I always check where the nearest Catholic church is and at what time there are Masses. Cathedrals generally have quite a few Sunday masses. It is difficult to believe that every part of the programme is so vital there could not be a single Mass, including early on Sunday morning or on Saturday evening, that it would be possible to go to. The comment by the Catholic ALA Florida Officer is unbelievable.

    God bless you, Margeaux! You are a good example, and your spiritual reward for this is far greater than any temporal ones.
