Obamacare and $1 Abortions: Latest Rule Requires an 'Abortion Surcharge' Comments

Forget all the promises Obama made about not subsidizing abortion; about people not having to pay for abortions if they didn't want to.  Forget all the speeches in which pro-lifers were ridiculed and hollered at for "lying" that Obamacare would fund abortions.  Forget the Executive Order. The latest rule to be finalized regarding Obamacare mandates $1 abortions.  Don't want to pay it?  Too bad.  Continue Reading

Maybe the Church CAN'T tell people how to vote, but they can excommunicate these heretical Catholic politicians! I will be waiting. Only then will I return to the church.
Otherwise I will remain convinced that it is as corrupt as the government and they deserve each other!

Where's Congressman Bart Stupak now? Has expressed any dismay? Any remorse?

I don't believe this for one minute. Not as written anyway. Politics and religion don't mix.

Stephanie, It should be, "Father forgive them, for they DO know what they do".

Here's an easy prayer to solve the problem:

The Supreme Court will hear an extraordinary 3 days of arguments March 26-28
on challenges to Pres. Obama's health care overhaul.

Decision in the case is expected in June.

Please, say a prayer for our U.S. lawyer, Paul Clement for another W!

President Obama needs our prayers - plain and simple. He is cohorting with the culture of death. I can't realisticaly see how things are going to change unless each Catholic/Christian or other religious persuasion who does not agree with the taking of human life votes him out. It is very sad that there are Catholics who are being deceived with Obamacare. We must pray and ask God to intercede as only He can change hearts. All the talking on our part will not change the heart that is hardened. We must change this direction through prayer and voting - if we really believe that God is indeed most powerful. Some of you would probably reason that this is too simplistic. Our faith demands our belief in God's omnipotent power. This is the epitomy of humilty where in all power exists. The early Christians gave their lives because they believed in a God who would untimately triumph over evil. We are being called to believe and act in a similar way in our own day. I project that a days are coming when we may have to put our lives where our mouth is and I pray that we are be given the strength to respond. The days of comfort are over.Jennifer you are already putting yourself on the line by writing this article. Thank You.

"Father, forgive them, for they know not what they do."

President Obama has bought into the lie, that unborn babies are not human, that they do not have the right to live unless their mother "wants" them. We need to pray for the conversion of his soul, and the souls of those who follow this same line of thinking.

The Obama administration continues to lie to the American people. Can any Catholic vote to reelect this man? No one should be surprised anymore, Obama has made it quite clear he is a a pro-death, anti-life liberal who will lie to get his way. It really does not matter if one likes his economic policies, or his regulation-run-amok policies, or his class warfare strategies, no Catholic can vote for him in good conscience. No one! I will state again that the Church needs to announce from the pulpits that a vote for Obama is a vote against our own Church!

Peter Ramsey! Friend! Remember the movie Trading Places! The cost or in the case of the movie the bet to ruin a human life was only $1.00! So much for the cost of 1 human life! So SAD! The price for the redemption of one or every human life was Jesus Christ. What a difference between human and Divine reasoning! AMEN! We must PRAY!
