Thats not true about the word "obey". The Catholic Church proposes of Jesus Christ she does not impose.
You see, in America, there is a concept of "religious freedom".
That means that people who do not share your faith are not required to obey the rules described in your particular faith.
Since you are so insistant on making others obey your faith`s rules, I assume you dont want religious freedom in America?
March for Life in January. Lets see if we can get more Americans on the East and West coast and all over America to march for life. Pass the word. If you can--march for life folks. Participate in a 40 hour vigil or just 10 or fifteen minutes to Heaven's Adoration--the Host. Do what you can in a small way and offer it to God. Say the Rosary to end abortion. To keep our church well informed. To help those who have gone down dissident's doorway and can come back anytime. They need to study their faith better. Pray, Pray and Pray said the children of Fatima from the Angels of God. Above all in some small way support Pro-Life. There is much in a small way you can. It doesnt necessarily have to cost too much if at all. If you have buck send it in. If not get that Rosary out etc. God Bless, Pray for Holy Father and Holy Mother Church.
I apologize, I have bad news for you but you are not the good guy in this situation. You are not the victim. Each time you spew your inaccurate information about gays, lesbians and transgendered people there's more blood on your hands from the people who are bullied, fired, tormented and beaten up just for being different.
Could the church kindly work on its own issues and holes in the fences rather than harp and pick on gays?
Plus, how does this woman even KNOW these folks are gay? They could just be very affectionate straight people. I think you guys are focusing on the wrong problems here. Put this much energy into domestic violence and something like that and maybe we might see some positive change.
Boundaries are set up to filter whatever goes in or out whether they are good or bad for us. It's basically God's commandments that guide and protect us from our own selves with a tendency to abuse the freedom given to us in life. Time for us especially as parents to enforce this natural laws and not to go against nature itself by remodeling everything our minds can think of and unmindful of the serious consequences it entails especially dysfunctional families.

I agree that present-day U.S. moral norms -- particularly surrounding sex -- are intolerable.
The solution is to move.
Not only will Saudi Arabia's dry climate do wonders for your hair (no more humidity-triggered frizz!), but you'll have the pleasure of living under a regime where women really do submit to their husbands (or else), and where homosexual PDA is punishable by death.
Just as Leviticus commands.

The church consistently ignores this part.
I grew up homosexual in a catholic town. I have never heard anything from a catholic regarding any imposition on personal freedoms or any other hate than what I have experienced.
This does not compare to a lifetime of slurs and physical beatings.
