How about Catholic judges removing themselves from social issues cases as well? They are biased by the Church's demands to think their way or be denied communion. Let's get them to recuse themselves from these cases and then let's talk about Judge Walker.

This is a ridiculous demand. Clearly a heterosexual judge will have his or her own biases. Should they look for an asxexual judge?

Recuse himself? Take out the homosexual because you think he will support the homosexual side and put in a heterosexual so he can back the heterosexual side? Or are you suggesting only heterosexuals can be honest? Because if you are, wow, can that be proven wrong with out any effort. This judge has show in his history on the court to be above approach.

So what? If he were straight would the gays be asking him to recluse himself? This is such a dumb argument for this organization to make, as a Catholic I am appalled by Liberty's stance on this. Did Jesus discriminate? No!!

I have read articles with a few lies, but this one tops the list by far. It is unbelieable the lies spewed in this article. Nothing of what was stated in it is based on fact. However, people with so rooted religious views do not live in a fact-based reality, so I shouldnt be surprised. VERY disgusting and hateful article.
