Sorry, Jeffrey. The facts of this Article are correct. The key points are:

    1. Janet is not Isabella's biological Mom; Lisa is.
    2. Janet was abusive, leading to the end of her "partnership" with Lisa.
    3. Janet/Lisa lived in Vermont only a short period of time
    4. When they separated, Janet helped move Lisa, Isabella, & their meager belongings back to Virginia.
    5. After this Janet made almost no effort to have any kind of relationship with little Isabella - no calls, cards, etc. Even Janet's parents were more interested in the child than was Janet - whose actions regarding Isabella were strictly legalistic.
    6. Janet's attorneys were and are homosexual activist lawyers.

The dominant reaction a normal person would have to this is, "How vile can the homosexual activists be, using a little girl as a pawn in this way?"

Oh - and, I nearly forgot - how can Judge William D. Cohen of the Vermont Family Court sleep at night?

Nothing hilarious about the article. Ridiculing the piece without citing factual sources is a cheap shot but a common device. Think we're all a bit tired if it.

    To: Jeffrey

Sorry, there is not one thing funny about this tragedy. Further, this article is based on the record and reliable sources.

This article is hilarious! I've read a number of articles from mainstream news organizations and this article so deviates from the facts of the case as to be a hit job on poor Ms. Jenkins, who was repeatedly denied access to her daughter and who ended up with custody, not because she sought it but because Ms. Miller defied court orders!

People in the LGBT life should have the legal tools available so they can go about their lives without being hassled. But, they should not marry and should not have children, period. Same sex marriage mucks up the laws for the rest of us and same sex parenting can cause confusion and psychological trouble for the children. Is it too much to ask for same sex couples to do their thing but leave the rest of us (and especially the kids) out of it?

I read an article on the case from ABC News. I normally favor LGBT civil rights, but Miller is clearly the parent and Jenkins has no right to take Isabella's mommy away.

It is events like these that I know Our Lord Jesus is on his way! Amen!...I pray for the mother and child...and we should not be suprised by this. Maintain your faith in Jesus and pray to Our Blessed Mother (The Rosary)for people! Steady and strong we must remain united.

This is the most bias article I have ever read here. You take everything the person who says she is now a christian at face value. You've never seen false allegations at a custody battle? Why is it so important to you to believe that the homosexual is an
    abusive predator?
