I am praying for Lisa and Isabella. May the Lord hide you under the shadow of His wing!
I want to point out that across this country, every day, millions of children are suffering similar symptoms that Isabella suffered, even under heterosexual divorce. I say this not to take away from the issues of the Miller's situation, but to further illustrate that our society is going completely haywire and we must stop how we are treating children.
The "family courts" are a hellish place, and it is a complete nightmare to go through them. We have to figure this out, only put high quality individuals in positions of being a judge, and pray, pray, pray for the Lord to heal our land!
Great article! Very thorough! Someone calling it what it is. Other sources seem to emphasize refusing visitation but not why. So how does this mess of a judicial system get fixed?
Eddie,
Whatever your opinion might be
Ms Miller certainly didn't get pregnant by Ms Jenkins so that woman has no right on Isabella.
2 Lesbians don't procreate as that's not what God nor Mother Nature intended. May the Good Lord Open your eyes.

Thanks Sylvia I forgot about this site also the Courage Apostolate as well.
I think the Deacon wrote a comprehensive and fact filled article.
For anyone interested in finding out more about people who with same sex attraction please see this site:

Supposedly Janet wants custody. She's doing this out of spite. She had no contact? Mmmmmm.....if homosexuals want full "rights" she should pay alimony and full child support to Lisa for Isabella. This is the classic case that homosexuals should not marry and certainly NOT have children. The judge should resign...he clearly is partial and has an agenda.
Eddie Fong, citing an example of a crazy lesbian woman killing her partner doesn't really prove anything. On the other hand, I agree with you (finally! KNEW we had something in common :D ) on this case.
Eddie,
Sometime last year, here in Illinois, a lesbian killed her lover because she wanted to changed her life style. I don't know what to call that other than abusive.
And that is also different from custody battle. In this case, I just can't see how Janet have any right at all for the child. It's not her sperm nor egg.
Bias? No just common sense.
God Bless!
God Bless you Lisa and Isabella and may you have a better life.
Let us pray this society puts homosexuality/same sex attraction in its proper context.
We have enough problems we dont need more.
