I know it's bad no matter when it happens, but of all days, to do that on the feast of the Immaculate Conception, and to totally ignore respect for life at all stages. It's just so sad. We must really pray.
I think our bishops need to take a long hard look at all the so-called Catholic senators (Kerry, Mikulski, etc.) who voted pro-abortion - they need to be excommunicated.
Well, I think I now have a moral responsibility not to pay taxes. I can only hope and pray that other Catholics and like minded Christians will now take a stand against this great sin of the modern age!
