We weep with Jesus as he must have at the Last Supper when he admitted that some would reject the unity for which he was praying. We weep for our brother and our church community and pray that God will touch the hearts of disidents and bring them home before they die in apostasy.

MAY GOD BLESS THE BISHOP OF SCRANTON FOR BEING A REAL ROMAN CATHOLIC BISHOP !!! MAY THE LORD GIVE A BRAVE HEART TO ALL THE BISHOPS IN AMERICA !!! MOST OF ALL MAY THE ARCHBISHOP OF WASHINGTON D.C. WAKE UP.

DEAR ARCHBISHOP OF D.C. STOP LETTING EVIL PEOPLE RECEIVE IN SACRILEGE OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST. PEOPLE LIVING IN MORTAL SIN AND IN OPEN BATTLES TOWARD THE ROMAN CATHOLIC CHURCHES TEACHING SHOULD BE EXCOMMUNICATED. THAT SHOULD INCLUDE POLITICANS I.E. PELOSI ,& BIDEN ,& KERRY & THE KENNEDY'S AND ALL OTHER CARD CARRYING CAFETERIA CATHOLICS. PLUS ANY OTHERS THAT THINK THEY CAN RECIEVE HOLY COMMUNION IN SACRILEGE WEEK AFTER WEEK.

REPENT,REPENT,REPENT GO TO CONFESSION WHILE YOU CAN STILL WORK IT OUT WITH THE LORD JESUS CHRIST.NO PUNISHMENT IS FITTING FOR THOSE WHO COMMIT SACRILEGE. MAY GOD SAVE ALL OF US FROM THE DARKNESS ALL AROUND US. MY PRAYERS ARE FOR SINNERS TO REPENT FROM ALL OUR SINS THIS INCLUDES MYSELF.THIS HAS BEEN WRITTEN WITH GREAT CONCERN FOR AMERICA. LOVE AND PRAYERS FOR ALL PEOPLE, PAUL

In these days, there is no need to fight the church and be a dissident. All one has to do is go to another church that has all the liberal things one likes. Anyone who tries to stay in the Catholic church and at the same time, cause division and confusion by going against what the church teaches is a sensationalist seeking personal attention for his or her ego.

I know that we must pray for the conversion of souls such as this deacon, and I do everyday. However, until they reform their conduct, I say, "Good riddance to bad rubbish." These "Catholics" are giving scandal to our Faith. Furtherermore, remove him from his position at that Catholic University. When he stops eating and being able to pay his bills, maybe he will see the light.

God have mercy on Deacon James M. Calderone. He definitely needs our prayers. News like this always disturbs our peace a little, but we must remember that these kinds of things were prophesied long ago. We must remain firm in our faith, standing always on the rock of Peter.

In this way we can be assured, by the grace of the Holy Spirit, to not be swayed or tricked into accepting anything other that The Truth. Jesus is the Way, the Truth and the Life. Follow in His footsteps and He will always guide us into all truth. Praised be Our Lord Jesus Christ! Jesus is risen, He is risen indeed!

Awesome story will pass on to others.
    Were definitely in something.
I hope that I always conform to what our Lord wants.
I agree with Kirth and others who have been following Scripture along with Salvation History.
If you ask me people dont get it that from the time the Lord was crucified until the time our Lord rose Salvation History has been in the making.
I hope I always try to do the Lord's will even in tough times.
I always hope we give thanks to the Lord in good times and bad.
I hope we all try to keep the Lord's teachings alive for all.
Lets pray for these people who have gone against our Lord's true teaching. These poor dissidents who dont get it yet.
They need prayer and a fasting (if one can healty wise of course) as our Lord said.
    Even just prayer.
The Lord He sends us so many chances and I hope we heed them.
    Love in Christ
    brothers and sisters.

I agree with Liz - when this man was ordained a deacon he knew full well the teachings and doctrines of the Church before entering. Why try to subvert them now? It's symptomatic of the lack of humility rampant among certain Catholics that want things 'their way'. Cafeteria Catholics who have let compromise with the world corrupt their faith. The Church was founded by Christ with full authority given to Peter and his successors under the guidance of the Holy Spirit. It will survive long after these dissidents are gone. They need to accept it or do the honourable thing and leave.

One has to remember all the qualification like Professor, Dr. Phd etc etc means nothing to God.

Read what God revealed to Fr. Steven Scheier.

In that conversation Fr Scheier found himself standing before the judgment of Jesus. He doesn’t know how long it lasted. He says the Lord took him through his entire life, and showed him how he had failed in his priestly service.

The Bishops should stop coddling these heretics and excommunicate them instead of letting them spread their stench throughout society. Nip it in the bud. Enough is enough!
