Homosexuality is defined by sex. Heterosexuality is defined by God.
These kinds of jesuits are morons, and oxymorons to Christianity.
So is this lady saying that Father John Harvey and Father Check are out to lunch with the Courage program?
Have I heard that Liberation Theology is suspect in the Church?
For 30 something years they have been studying this issue and she is saying that the Catholic Church hasnt reached out to the Same Sex Community?
Has she even seen the research the Church has done?
From what I have read Father Harvey has accepted what homosexuality is from his books that I have read as a layperson.
She isnt even talking about this work at all so what is she getting at.
Also no one has even asked whether Sodom and Gomorah has sent down some important lessons.
John Paul II has pointed out some interesting lesson about Genesis in Theology of the Body.
The Church which has studied and accepted Psychology and the Bible for over 20 centuries seems to be implied she isnt up to date on matters.
I was under the impression the Church is right ahead of her time in these matters already.
Could someone educate me?
I havent seen any arguments regarding the quality of research that has taken place in the Church regarding this topic.
Again I say the Church has been very accomodating to the Same Sex Community and has reached out.
