Thank you Bishop Martino for your courage and strong leadership.
Thank Bishop Martino for standing up for what the silent majority believes in. Now we could have both the Bishops in Canada and the United States get off the fence and stand up for what we believe in, it would be marvelous.
I am very much delighted to read on the happenings, especially the stand of the Bishop. It is discouraging and dis-heartening. It is my prayer that through this period of lent, God will bless us and enable us to be true catholics wherever we may find ourselves. May the good Lord strenghten and protect the church and her leaders in ensuring the true teaching of Christ!
He is the St. John Fisher, the St. Thomas More of our Bishops. Our bishops---pray for them to grow some backbone.
Thanks Holy Trinity for Bishop Martino. We are in so much need of faithful religious. I'm praying for you Dear Bishop Martino and for the whole world. Have courage !
Bishop Martino - I support you fully. It is important that these Catholic institutions of higher learning not be used to prepare people who are twice as fit for Hell, but instead, well rounded and whole individuals who know their dignity in Christ.
I Pray for you Bishop.
God Bless You.
Dear Bishop,
Thank you , thank you, thnak you for loving the Church and Jesus so much. You give me hope that we still have clergy who will lead us in the darkness.
God Bless, Joann
Dear Bishop...
Thank you for standing up for truth...for Church teaching...for Jesus Christ!
It is about time that we have clergy that is not afraid to speak out and stand for moral issues. Even if the world stands against you, be comforted that God is for you!
God bless you Bishop and may our clergy follow your example!
I pray that all of our bishops will have the courage to take this stance with all of the "Catholic" universities who wish to teach/support/give any creedence to those who support heterodox views on life and sexuality. It is a shame that our society has devolved to such a degree that a bishop would have to even remind a Catholic institute of learning that they are there to support the Catholic vision of life and holiness, and that the anyone in society would even think that such heterodox views are even thinkable.
Your Excellency, I thank you for being truly committed to Christ & His Church. Thank you ,too, for remaining faithful to 'Peter' & being a true Shepherd. My daily prayers are with you...God bless all you do...With Respect. Mrs. Gerry Boos
