Evil and Good will always be at war with each other. Maher attacks Catholicism because Catholicism is the Faith handed to us from Jesus, Son of God. As such, it is Good. Maher has repeatedly shown himself to be shallow and hateful, and he truly has sided with Evil. If he were to attack any other group, their would indeed be public outrage. It just shows how our society has truly lost its compass...just like Maher himself.
I repeat the words of GKChesterton: If it wasn't for the Church, this (idiot) would not have been able to pick up the pen to criticize it.
I accidentally posted earlier without a Name and Email, so I hope this one goes through. Anyway, what are people's thoughts about using the "Email this Article" option above each story at Catholic Online?
I have found that easily 50 people can be reached in one-half hour. Universities, other schools, newspapers, businesses and others list email addresses for staff on their websites. If each of us could make an effort to reach out to those who do not know about this story and others like it, we could at least balance the scale against those who still turn their T.V. on (to watch such filth).
Is anyone distributing this information to those they know? Catholic Online has that great option to send the article to friends, family and neighbor by email.
Most media sources have email addresses for members of their staff as do universities, primary and secondary schools, businesses and etc. Within an hour at least one hundred of our neighbors can have access to this article and others like it. Just think if each one of us took the time to forward the article by email to 50 people.
