Your letter to Senator Joe Biden was well put. Not only did you speak on behalf of the Knights, you spoke on behalf of me and millions of Catholics in this country. Many public servants claim not to involve their religious beliefs in their duties but, we all know that a true Christian puts God first and therefore, must make decisions accordingly. More and more it becomes apparent that if people stood by their beliefs and convictions, the world today would be headed in a different direction.
Thank you, Mr. Anderson, for finally pointing out the traditional Catholic views from the founding fathers to the present regarding abortion. I truly do not believe, as a cradle Catholic, that Biden,Pelosi, or any of these Catholics who believe in abortion should be able to approach the Lord's table to take part in His Holy Eucharist; or any Christian for that matter. My hope and prayer is that in the very near future, the Council of Bishops will broach this subject and make a statement on this and make it Loud and Clear!
Again, my personal thanks for bringing this to Biden's attention.
Sincerely,
Bonnie Price
