Decimocuarta Estación: Jesús es sepultado
Lider: Te adoramos, ¡Oh, Cristo!, y te bendecimos.Todos: Que por tu Santa Cruz redimiste al mundo.
Jesús, Tu cuerpo esta listo para enterrarse. José de Arimatea te ha regalado su tumba. El coloco Tu cuerpo allí y luego rodó una gigantesca piedra en la entrada , entonces se fue para su casa. que día tan triste fue este para muchas personas.
Como un niño, soy egoísta y trato de quedarme con todo. Se me hace muy difícil compartir las cosas con mis hermanos, hermanas y mis amigos.
Como un adulto, también soy egoísta. Puedo acumular cosas y no compartirlas con nadie. Trato de tener lo que quiero antes de compartirlo con los demás.
Ayúdame a ser como José de Arimatea...Que arriesgó su propia vida al momento de reclamar el cuerpo de Jesús para enterrarlo. Ayúdame a amar a Jesús tanto como José de arimatea... que dio su propia tumba para poder enterrar a Jesús.
Mi Jesús, al lado del cuerpo de Thy en la tumba I, mentiría también absolutamente; pero si vivo, déjela esté para Thee, para un día para gozar con Thee en cielo de las frutas de la pasión de Thy y de la muerte amarga de Thy.
Nuestro Padre.... El Granizo Maria.... La gloria esté al padre....

Fasting & Abstinence

'Christ Himself said that His disciples would fast once He had departed' Lk. 5:35
Abstinence. The law of abstinence requires a Catholic 14 years of age until death to abstain from eating meat on Fridays in honor of the Passion of Jesus on Good Friday. Salt and freshwater species of fish, amphibians, reptiles and shellfish are permitted.
Fasting. The law of fasting requires a Catholic from the 18th Birthday (Canon 97) to the 59th Birthday (i.e. the beginning of the 60th year, a year which will be completed on the 60th birthday) to reduce the amount of food eaten from normal. The Church defines this as one meal a day, and two smaller meals which if added together would not exceed the main meal.
