Canadian Catholic News

Canadian Catholic News (CCN), a cooperative news service serving media
across Canada, brings together the efforts of Catholic newspapers,
radio and television to provide an accurate, dependable coast-to-coast
picture of the Catholic Church in action. It also provides a look at
the issues affecting the common good through the prism of Catholic
social teachings.
CCN maintains a bureau on Parliament Hill in Ottawa, the nation's
capital, to provide a Catholic perspective on political, economic,
social and cultural events for its members.
CCN's governing members are The B.C. Catholic (Vancouver), the Western
Catholic Reporter (Edmonton), the Prairie Messenger (Muenster, Sask.),
The Catholic Register (Toronto), the Catholic Times of Montreal, the
New Freeman (Saint John, NB), the Atlantic Catholic (Antigonish, NS).
There are also associate members, among them the London (Ontario)
Diocesan Newspaper; Journey, the newspaper for the Archdiocese of
Kingston, the Kamloops (B.C.) Diocesan News, the Diocesan Messenger
(Victoria, B.C.), Salt and Light TV and Catholic Radio.
